“Miss You Like Crazy” Earns P18 Million on First Day at Box Office

The John Lloyd Cruz-Bea Alonzo starrer, Miss You Like Crazy, opened in more than 100 theaters nationwide Wednesday with a bang, earning at least (and approximately) P18 million in the box office according to a source inside Star Cinema — the producer of the film. Last Tuesday, the Cathy Garcia-Molina-helmed rom-com premiered in two locations to overflowing crowds and screaming fans: one in Trinoma and the other one at the Megamall.

The movie is John Lloyd and Bea’s first team-up in three years, making Miss You Like Crazy a reunion project of sorts for the popular tandem.

    suggestion ko lang po sana dun sa mga nakapanood na huwag namang purihin o ipangampanya o pa ang movie ni bea at john lloyd sa mga websites nila lalo na sa ashlloyd threads. pangalan ni sarah at johnlloyd yun so sana mas sila ang protektahan ninyo. kung dahil si john lloyd ay nandun sa movie then sa jlc online o labers thread kayo pumunta. pero sana lang kung mahal niyo si sarah hindi nyo gagawin yun. ipagdasal po natin na hindi malampasan ng mylc ang ycml at mag-ipon na po tayo ng marami para sa hating kapatid.

    payo ko rin sa mga ashlloyd fans, pag nalampasan ng mylc ang ycml baka eto na ang simula na mawala ng tuluyan ang ashlloyd loveteam. isipin niyo na star magic talent sina bea at john lloyd at pwedeng ito na lang ang loveteam na suportahan ng abs-cbn dahil 100% ang kita nila dito samantalang pag movie ni sarah at johnlloyd kalahati lang dahil laging co-producer dito ang viva. kayo na rin maglalagay sa loveteam na sinusuportahan niyo sa kangkungan pag nagkataon. nga pala isa din po akong ashlloyd at hindi ko po susuportahan ang mylc dahil parang hindi na ako ashlloyd nun na ako pa ang isa sa magiging dahilan para mawala ang isang title na mahirap nang maulit "ang all time box-office movie for ycml at ang box-office queen title for 2010 na sana kay sarah uli para sa hating kapatid.

Last Tuesday, the Cathy Garcia-Molina-helmed rom-com premiered in two locations to overflowing crowds and screaming fans: one in Trinoma and the other one at the Megamall.

    The movie is John Lloyd and Bea’s first team-up in three years, making Miss You Like Crazy a reunion project of sorts for the popular tandem.

    tumawag ako sa sm cinema bats. kunwari nagtatanong ako ng last full show time ng mylc so tanong na rin ako kung di ako mahihirapan manuod ,as kung maraming nanunuod ,,,marami daw but not standing 4pm un ng tumawag ako..tinanong ko kung alin ang mas maraming audience itong mylc or ycml,,mas marami daw sa ycml kasi nagdagdag pa daw sila ng sinehan..sagot ng kausap ko...so feeling ko di pa ang mylc ang lalampas sa ycml...feeling ko ulit hating kapatid ang pede mag break ng record ng ycml...hehehe

    suggestion ko lang po sana dun sa mga nakapanood na huwag namang purihin o ipangampanya o pa ang movie ni bea at john lloyd sa mga websites nila lalo na sa ashlloyd threads. pangalan ni sarah at johnlloyd yun so sana mas sila ang protektahan ninyo. kung dahil si john lloyd ay nandun sa movie then sa jlc online o labers thread kayo pumunta. pero sana lang kung mahal niyo si sarah hindi nyo gagawin yun. ipagdasal po natin na hindi malampasan ng mylc ang ycml at mag-ipon na po tayo ng marami para sa hating kapatid.

    “Miss You Like Crazy” Earns P18 Million on First Day at Box Office

    The John Lloyd Cruz-Bea Alonzo starrer, Miss You Like Crazy, opened in more than 100 theaters nationwide Wednesday with a bang, earning at least (and approximately) P18 million in the box office according to a source inside Star Cinema — the producer of the film. Last Tuesday, the Cathy Garcia-Molina-helmed rom-com premiered in two locations to overflowing crowds and screaming fans: one in Trinoma and the other one at the Megamall.

    The movie is John Lloyd and Bea’s first team-up in three years, making Miss You Like Crazy a reunion project of sorts for the popular tandem.

It can be recalled that the last Star Cinema movie starring Kim Chiu and Gerald Anderson had a solid opening of P12 na tumugma naman sa first week of grosses released by BOM na P41.4 million. Kaya lang after its first week, di na masyadong lumaki pa ang earning nito. In fact sa pangatlong linggo ng pelikula in theaters, nag-gross lang ito ng P77.5 million in total. Kaya di talaga ma-predict if the movie will end up with less than 75 million, 100 million or greater than 150 million. Only time will tell, ika nga kung paano mag-play ang “Miss You Like Crazy” sa mga manonood at sa publikong tatangkilik nito.
