I don't know what expectations you had with the iMacs, but they are meant to be multimedia machines... not so much gaming machines. I've played games on both Windows and Macs, and by far, games run much much better on a Windows machine than a similarly specced Mac system. Apple focused on graphics and audio/video powers of the OS more than gaming.

Right click does exist on the Mac, but you're probably using the mouse that came with the system (I believe it's called the Mighty Mouse)? That mouse only has a single click button, but you can hold down ALT + click to emulate right clicking. Or you can just buy a real 2-button mouse and not have the issue at all :p

Over time, you will get used to the interface of OS X, especially if you've previously used Windows. Play with it and discover things. :) Apple Stores usually offer classes on how to use the system and even will teach you about certain apps also. If you want to try that, feel free to contact an Apple Store near you.

Not quite... Command+C = copy, Command+V = paste. The Command key functions in the same way that CTRL does in Windows systems.

Keyboard Shortcuts. :p

If you want a "digital life" then choose Mac.
