Local singing stars to compete in singing, dancing finals tilt
Pili, CamSur. Pop superstar Sarah Geronimo will take centerstage at the Capitol Concert Grounds with the grand finals of the Gov. LRay Villafuerte’s search for singing and dancing stars goes full swing in one gigantic concert to be held here, December 5.
The local search for the future singing and dancing sensations launched previously at the different municipalities of CamSur will finally climax into a grandiose celebration of talents for the grand finals marking the start of a momentous occasion showcasing the best talents of each legislative district in CamSur.
The “Nobody but LRay, Sabay Tayo” dance contest and the “Salamat, Ituloy Mo” singing contest are the key program by the Provincial Tourism and Cultural Office through its Cultural Division spearheaded by Jaime Letada launched at various municipalities and cities within the province to discover CamSur’s new talents in the field of entertainment.
Sarah Geronimo, whose song serves as the contest piece for the search for singing star “Salamat, Ituloy Mo” ardently pays tribute to the man behind CamSur’s prestige as the country’s top tourist spot and its stature as one of the richest provinces in terms of income as she caps the event with her own set of songs. CamSur stood witness to Sarah’s last visit to CamSur and has become an inspiration to many aspiring songbirds with her messages of love to the Bicolanos and her outstanding performances on stage.
The free concert is expected to draw quite a crowd with Sarah’s countless followers in the province, on top of those that have consistently followed their local favorite singing and dancing performers hailing from the different corners of CamSur, and is in line with Gov.
