Unforgettable Night of the Princess and the Heartthrobs

It was a fun-filled night to remember to those who attended the concert of MyPhone last night at Makati Shangri –la.
Politician, CEO of big companies and influential people in many facets of the society were present in the private party of Mrs. Lim and family.
Vice President Binay, Mayor Lim, Jun Lozada, Boss Vic del Rosario, our dearest Sarah’s manager and many others were also present in the event. The concert was spearheaded by Mr. Joseph Lim, owner of MyPhone. In the speech conducted by Mr. Beda Mañalac, he said that the success of MyPhone is basically for the good of Filipino people. That people, will have a brand new phone, especially designed for Filipinos.
The orchestra carried out a powerful performance of classical compositions. It all started with a prayer. She and her mother prayed for guidance for the night’s event. Our beloved Sarah washed away those ill feelings and equipped more confidence to her.
The ambiance of the ballroom turned into a party atmosphere when our beloved Sarah broke the silence. Our Popstar Princess faced before an audience spectacular song and dance numbers from her Record Breaker and previous concerts. The musical ensemble led by Mr. Louie Ocampo held everyone up high with the collaborative effort of his team and the guest artists.
Her first number, ‘Forever’s Not Enough’ made everyone awe with her angelic voice. The heavenly atmosphere of the stage added the effect of the song to the audience. It seemed that everyone reminisced their past with her outpouring emotions while singing her winning piece.
After which, she sang the upbeat song, “When I Grow Up” from her Record Breaker Concert. Her dance moves seemed to be new to my eyes even I’ve already seen it. Maybe that’s her power, the power to make things new because of the powerful skills she has while performing.
Add to that the heavy footsteps of G-Force while banging their legs and head to the beat of ‘When I Grow Up’. She then kick the beat of “Love Will Keep Us Together”, the theme song of her latest movie, Hating Kapatid with the Young Superstar, Judy Ann Santos.
Christian Bautista’s charisma outpoured to the whole venue when she sang Michael Buble’s medley. This handsome balladeer also went on a duet with our beloved Sarah with the Timeless Medley such as ‘Maala-ala Mo Kaya’, ‘Sana’y Wala ng Wakas’ and ‘Pangako Sayo’. His charm
is undoubted one of the most sought-after in events like this concert. His song, ‘You are so Beautiful’ touched the hearts of the audience.
Christian never stopped on blurting out beautiful things while describing our Popstar Princess. Sarah on the other hand, gave a remarkable laugh while Christian continues to outpour his feelings. Barbara Streisand and Michael Jackson’s Medley are some of the few songs she sang. Her renditions of the songs gave justice to these legends.
Piolo Pascual then entered the stage, saying that he almost lost his jaw while watching our beloved Sarah on stage. Our beloved Sarah was quite weary because of Piolo Pascual’s hotness in the stage. Piolo then serenaded everyone with ‘Kailangan Kita’ and ‘I’ll be seeing
you’. Our Popstar Princess went back on stage with a glaring gray gown. She seemed like a true-blooded Princess with that gown! Piolo and Sarah sang ‘Unforgettable’.
Indeed! It was an unforgettable night! It showcased how flexible our Popstar Princess is when paired to different singers/ actors. Her voice blended well with the handsome balladeer, Christian Bautista and MyPhone’s newest endorser, Piolo Pascual.
