Sarah finds it hard to describe Gerald
by Remy Umerez
IT was a presscon and fans day combined for the movie of Sarah Geronimo and Gerald Anderson entitled “Won't Last A Day Without You.”
The fans who occupied the balcony section of the Dolphy theater applauded with unlimited shrieks. Clearly, their joyous reaction signify their approval and full support for the love team.
“Won't Last A Day Without You” is a delightful fan movie and director Raz de la Torre made sure it is loaded with kilig moments.
An example is when Gerald took off his shirt revealing his abs in front of Sarah.
In the story, Sarah is DJ Haydee who dishes out advice to the lovesick. Gerald finds himself a love victim when he hears his misdemeanor being broadcast nationwide on her program. It is a role Sarah can relate to because she is a heartbroken girl who refused to believe in true love anymore. Until she met Gerald. Direk dela Torre says it is a movie for all hopeless romantics out there.
This rom-com from Star Cinema and Viva Films is bound to become another hit because of the proven chemistry between screen lovers Sarah and Gerald despite the absence of a lips-to-lips kissing scene.
What remains to be seen is whether it will surpass the phenomenal success of “Praybet Benjamin.”
From a scale of 1 to 10, Sarah gave her leading man a perfect 10 but that was a promo answer. In all honesty and one that comes from her heart, how would she rate Gerald? Picking a number seemed too hard for Sarah.
On the second row, we spotted her mom watchful of what her daughter would say. The question, we thought should have been addressed to the mother instead. More to the point, will she object if Gerald court Sarah in real life? Both are loveless.
