SAN FRANCISCO (Saturday, July 23 at 12:00 p.m.)
The free San Francisco concert will be held at the Monster Park Fairgrounds (formerly Candlestick Park). Gates will open at 12:00 p.m. and feature activities and fan photograph sessions with some of the most popular ABS-CBN stars. The show “The Buzz” will conduct a special taping at 4:00 p.m. Performances will begin at 6:00 p.m. A future announcement will detail the star line-up.

I have no idea! I got the information from a press release! I'm guessing it is 2PM, but I'm really not sure because it said The Buzz taping will be at 4PM and ASAP 05' will start at 6PM. Maybe the booths/Pre-show @ 2PM?
