Well, here's the Big News from the land of SHAOLIN-KUNG FU and "TOU FU" ...
"NIGHT OF THE CHAMPIONS IN TAIWAN".
Let me describe first the ambience where I found myself during this moment where our CHAMPIONS continue to conquer the nemesis' land - nemesis I mean the famous F4 (still remember that, sincerely I haven't heard of that not until I went back to the Phil. and heard of the wreck they've done on Phil soil if in fact here in their homeland itself they haven't done any so and so concert. A big ?????, huh?).
Well instead our CHAMPIONS especially our beloved SARAH had conquered all hearts and admirations that are there to be conquered...young and old, men and women, learned and unlearned, saints or no saints(he,he), nuns and priests, Pinoys and Tsekwa, etc, etc,...in short all walks of life are all transcended by the all penetrating and irresistible but serenading voices and personalities of our CHAMPIONS...
So just can imagine the queue just to be there on that D-DAY on the land of Taiwan.
NOTC-Taiwan was held in 2 venues Taipei (capital city) and Tainan,City (southern old city). The schedule according to me was very timely because it is the day that most of us here - your working Kababayans - are more free because of the Chinese New Year Holidays. But I think announcements and notification of the concert was done in too short a time that many were deprived to knew about it, or probably did not had enough time to arrange their schedule and organize themselves to come. Me for example, I'd been inquiring about it since November and I just received the confirmation just before Christmas. So you can just imagine how meager the time of publicity they had for that. Despite all these though the turn-out was still in thousands and that made it more impressive.
Nabibitin na ba kayo sa haba ng intro.... he he he... Thought it necessary so I can share to you the real emotion being there in that unique long-awaited concert of our CHAMPIONS...
So let me start the main event then...
I attended the one held yesterday, 2Feb. in Tainan because my place is just 1 hour drive from there. I arrived there 2 hours before the starting time which is suppose to be at 3pm. During that time queue are already a mile long because many from distant places came in throng on chartered buses - imagine that CHARTERED BUSES, huh? Being an obedient citizen I situated myself behind where the tail of the line ends. Afterwards though, I realized that my ticket are allowed already to enter, and you surely understand why, of course a VIP ticket. Events like this that happens ones in a lifetime(and it really was) is priceless and should be seen the closest possible... So, with my companion we surpassed everybody along the line. But lo, the thought to take a closer seat suddenly just disappeared in thin air because there were so many VIP tickets there. So just contented myself to sit where there is a clear look of the center stage. But then after some minutes past just saw one person I knew taking a sit right in front and so rightaway went to talk and as chances are she inquired if it is possible to occupy still the empty sits with signs"Reserved" in the first row. And blessings of all blessings we were able to manage to take a big, big step forward. And so thought to myself, what the Bible says, "the last will be the first" is just perfectly true. My place is where the first and last stare of the singer-performer goes, why do I say so...? Well, because I was right beside where the FLASH NOTES (meaning: the lyrics or publicities) are shown to the performer. So you can just imagine that I can be in eye to eye contact with all the performers during the entire concert.
So, you are more or less right within the concert?, i mean you feel like being there already? If so, we can start the concert proper....ha ha ha...
