Effective today (1/22 Sunday, USA Time), new members will be required to have at least 60 posts in order to access any of the multimedia. Sounds like quite a bit doesn't it? Actually, it's not that much at all, as long as you stay active within the community.

However, because of the way new members have been post spamming like crazy to reach the old 20 posts, it's becoming hard to control. Apparently a lot of the new members don't like to read the guidelines as well. So make this your condensed version of the guidelines. Want access into the multimedia we have here? Follow these rules:

READ THESE RULES AND UNDERSTAND THEM PLEASE
I've gotten so many people who post asking why they don't have access. Everything is explained here.

1. Reach a minimum of 60 posts
2. You may NOT reply to your own posts. Use the EDIT post button instead.
3. Upon reaching 60 posts, the staff will review your posts for content. Wait until your status has changed to Member or message an admin regarding your status. DO NOT post here asking why you can't view the multimedia yet.
4. The following list defines what we do NOT consider as content and will be deducted from your postcount:
--- Posting only "hi", "hello", "thanks", or other single word posts
--- Posting off-topic on a thread (Chit Chat/Off Topic forum is a possible exception)
--- Posting only smilies
--- Posting in the Off-Topic forum consistently for fun (such as those gigantic threads we have there) is fine, but do not use that forum solely to reach 60 posts. After 20 posts in the off-topic, we will consider all other posts in that forum as NOT being counted toward your total to 60 posts. After 60 posts, you are free to post as much as possible in those forums (as long as you follow the other rules). It's very easy to cheat your way to 60 posts. We can't let that happen ^ ^
5. Be active in the community, make friends, and have fun.
6. Do not disrespect anyone (including other artista) - any demeaning words or personal attacks will go as far as getting you removed from the site. Everyone is entitled to your opinions. However, if your opinion of someone or some artista is negative, you are not to post them. We try to foster an environment which supports artists, not degrade them.
7. Lastly, support Miss Sarah Geronimo, our Pop Queen - this site is for her and her friends/fans.

Take note that while these rules are set for new members, they do apply for current members. We will notify you via PM if any current members are breaking these rules. Thank you ^ ^

some might think 60 posts is a bit overboard but I think that it's just right..... one has to prove that he/she is a certified fan of our princess before being allowed to enjoy the videos section.....

if one is truely a fan of Sarah... 60 posts would just be a piece of cake in a few days time..... ( useless posts, not included... ^ ^ )

besides...no pain..... no gain...... ^ ^

I have added an extra definition of what we consider "content" and now also applies to the Off-topic forum. Newbies are under a much stricter policy, but current members now will still maintain their freedom as per the rules above.

There's going to be an addition also later, regarding those people who have STOPPED posting at the limit. We're trying to promote an active posting community, not just a community of silent downloaders. ^ ^

Thanks all for your compliance.

Yeah!

Agree!
What's hard with posting anyway?
Physically, you're just moving your fingers.
Mentally, you're just thinking as usual.
Socially, YOU'RE GAINING FRIENDS!!!
Emotionally, You're releasing your thoughts.

And Shouran's posting etiquette: Post with your heart.
;)

corny..
