I think po dahil hindi naman talaga siya naka-schedule for today. She's supposed to have a concert in Israel, pero na-cancel, kaya konti lang ang prod numbers niya. But I thank Asap staff for even giving her the opening number. Talagang they can't do without an opening number from Sarah G, and of course SOS. And yes, we can make her happy by winning all her nominations, kaya I think we need some strategy here, medyo marami siyang nominations, I think 11 nominations.

EVERY now and then, we are informed that a record of so and so has achieved either gold or platinum status. Have you ever bothered to find out how many units has to be sold to merit such?

For a record to turn gold it should sell 7,500 units and it becomes platinum when it is doubled.

Years back, it was much higher.

Record producers had to lower it due to stiff competition.

As of now, Sarah's ONE HEART has been awarded GOLD & PLATINUM certifications for selling more than 20,000 copies

Philippine Association of Recording Industry (PARI) Inc guidelines for album sales:

2001 - 2002: GOLD 20,000 units, PLATINUM 40,000 units
2003 - October 2008: GOLD 15,000 units, PLATINUM 30,000 units
November 2008 - March 2009: GOLD 12,500 units, PLATINUM 25,000 units
April 2009-June 2011: GOLD 10,000 units, PLATINUM 20,000 units
July 2011- Present: GOLD 7,500 units, PLATINUM 13,000 units
