Pop Princess Sarah Geronimo is out of the country for her US tour with The Champions but her fans need not worry since she has left them something to remember though the new music video of her song "I Wanna Know What Love Is" from the album "Sweet Sixteen" album. Aside from this, Sarah is gearing up for her first major solo and birthday concert to be held on July 23 at the Araneta Coliseum.

Sarah’s new single and music video were inspired by the song "Lumingon Ka Lang," which was composed by Lito Camo. But her music video for "I Wanna Know What Love Is" which will make its debut on MYX soon will be something new for her fans to look forward to, according to its director, Rico Gutierrez.

Direk Rico who has worked with some of the biggest concert artists in the country will be directing Sarah’s upcoming concert. He is looking forward to working with Sarah for the first time. He said that he truly believes in her talent. "The Pop Princess deserves nothing less than a spectacular concept and show. I’ll really work hard to achieve that," he said.

But no one is more excited than Sarah herself. The concert is both a career and personal milestone for her. It’s a career milestone because while she may have appeared onstage at the Araneta Coliseum before, it was always with her fellow champions. Bu this time, the spotlight is all hers. It’s also a personal milestone because the concert happens two days before her 17th birthday on July 25. So it will be like an early birthday celebration not just for the Pop Princess but also for her many fans.

Sarah already received an early birthday gift when she was given a Gold Record Award for her song, "Can This Be Love," the theme song of the movie of the same title starring Hero Angeles and Sandara Park. The song is included in Sarah’s CD Lite released by Viva Records. It also contains a minus-one version and the music video of "Can This Be Love."
