1. Refresh site/page of on line voting. 2. Disconnect internet connection. Wait for a few seconds before reconnecting the internet. 3. Resume voting If this still doesnt work, restart your computer.
Di na po kayo kailangang mag intay ng cooling period .
Better yet, para di mablock, avoid voting in the same category for more than three times. Try nyo baka sakaling effective din sa inyo.
May idadagdag ako dito. Mas mabilis and mas effective.
